Navnit Khosla-EOW Agent, is back in action. SpeakAsians beware!

Navnit khosla, the well know name among speakasians is once again back with his wits. He is instigating speak asians to file a police complaint against speakasia and is making claims that he can assist them in filing intervention application in supreme court writ 383 and high court writ 3611. By doing that he is claiming to get the complainant get his money back in 20 days. So unreal..The real motto of Navnit Khosla by doing this is to make some quick cash by charging a legal fees from the innocent speak asians and take advantage of their innocence.

We all remember that the investigation on speakasia was started by EOW on Navnit Khosla's complaint FIR no. 153/11 which was later renumbered as CR no. 60/11 which in turn lead to the arrest of speakasia officials on same night from indore,delhi and various places. Seeing the speed in which the FIR was taken on board by EOW as criminal offence and arrests were made on same night, one has strong reasons to believe that Navnit Khosla was intentionally planted with vested interest to bring speakasia down. There was no need of arresting officials when company has already written to all the concerned ministry/departments for representation and permission. EOW received  200 complaints after Mr. Himanshu Roy, Jt. Commissioner of Police, Crime held a Press Conference on 30.07.2011 and asked the panelists to file their complaints. All the FIRs were tagged as CR no. 60/11. So far EOW has not done any credible thing with this FIR and only harassed innocent panelists and individuals who are helping panelists.They not even lied in courts but also refused to cooperate with the lahoti mediation committee which was set up by supreme court. Seeing this, Mumbai High Court has put a stop on the ongoing investigation on CR no. 60/11 which has paved the way for speedy process of payout and business resumption.
