A Pakistani court today directed police to take into protective custody a 19-year-old Hindu girl and her Muslim husband, amid allegations that she was abducted and forcibly converted to Islam. Youth killed by sand mafia in Tamil Nadu

Days after an IPS officer was killed allegedly by the mining mafia in Madhya Pradesh, a 24-year-old youth was mowed down by a truck belonging to the sand mafia in Tamil Nadu.
